If you own a leasehold property and Saxon Weald is the freeholder, please let us know if you are concerned about excessive condensation, damp or mould in your property, so we can help get to the root of the problem. We'll ask a few simple questions to help give us an idea of the scale and severity of the problem and also ask if you can send us some photos.
We will then arrange a surveyor to review the information you have provided, and we may arrange a visit to your home to inspect the affected area. As a leaseholder, there may be some remedial actions that will be your own responsibility and some that are Saxon Weald’s responsibility. This will depend on the terms of your lease. We will be able to advise you further once we have investigated the underlying causes.
