If you own your property outright (excluding Retirement or Extra Care properties) you can sell your property at any time.
When you sell your flat, your solicitor will contact us for information to pass on to your buyer's solicitors. There will be an administration charge for providing this information which is sometimes referred to as a management pack or LPE1 form. Details of our current fees can be found in our Leaseholders Handbook.
Before your sale completes you will need to pay any outstanding service charges. Once the sale has gone through your buyer's solicitor will contact us to let us know the details of the new owners so that we can transfer the service charge account into their name.
