Fairfield Cottages

Saxon Weald has recently completed eight new homes at Fairfield Cottages in Cowfold in partnership with Sunninghill Construction, Baily Garner and MH Architects.

There were previously four outdated bungalows on the site and together with Sunninghill we have transformed the old site into new, modern and energy efficient homes for the local community including Air Source Heat Pumps, EV Chargers and Solar Panels. All of the new homes achieved an EPC A rating.

Comprising of four two-bedroom houses and four one-bedroom maisonettes, all the homes are for social rent and were initially offered to people with a local connection to the Cowfold area.

The project received grant funding from Homes England and Horsham District Council.

South Road, Wivelsfield Green

Earlier in 2026 we completed 14 homes on the Bluebell Gardens development on South Road in Wivelsfield Green. Together with Elivia Homes, the development includes 10 homes for affordable rent and four for shared ownership purchase. These much-needed affordable homes have EV charging points and air source heat pumps to deliver their heating and hot water.

Saxon Weald has been working in partnership with Cala Homes since 2022 to deliver a total of 148 homes at the New Monks Park development in Lancing. With a mix of houses and flats we have recently taken handover of the last 18 flats, all for shared ownership.
